根据省委统一部署，2022年9月2日至11月15日，省委第九巡视组对Anhui Province cultural investment operation limited liability company开展了巡视。2023年1月10日，省委第九巡视组向Anhui Province cultural investment operation limited liability company党委反馈了巡视意见。按照巡视工作有关要求，现将巡视整改进展情况予以公布。

一、提高政治站位，坚决扛起巡视整改主体责任

坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，学习习近平总书记关于巡视工作重要论述，从坚定政治方向、端正政治态度、增强政治责任高度重视整改。一是扛起主体责任，设立巡视整改、省委书记专题会议指出问题等4个领导小组，党委主要负责人任组长。二是召开20次党委会和20次领导小组会，针对4大类35个问题制定172项措施。The special meeting of the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee pointed out the problem 10 times。三是以下看上找不足，以上率下作表率，上下联动抓整改。四是高质量召开2022年度暨巡视整改专题民主生活会。五是以整改促发展，一季度营收同比增长8倍，归属于母2024欧洲杯买球平台净利润同比增加608.9万。

二、坚持问题导向，坚决落实巡视整改各项任务

（一）贯彻落实习近平总书记关于加快文化事业和文化产业发展重要论述及省委工作要求，履行职责使命、推动高质量发展方面

1.Strengthen theoretical armament。一是落实党委会“第一议题”、理论学习中心组“首要内容”，今年以来，党委会和理论学习中心组学习习近平总书记重要讲话指示精神14次。汇编学习习近平总书记最新重要讲话精神4期45篇。二是制定实施党的二十大精神学习宣传贯彻工作方案。三是修订实施2024欧洲杯买球平台“十四五”规划、2023年工作要点，明确落实“共建长江经济带”等举措，到四川、重庆考察。

4.We will strengthen driving forces for the development of the cultural industry。一是总规模不低于55亿的省文创基金关账运行，进入投资阶段，撬动社会资本43亿。Second, participate in the Yangtze River Delta digital creative Industry development Conference。开发“皖字号”线上平台，运营艺术安徽中心。三是2024欧洲杯买球平台注册资本由2亿增至14亿，实收7.79亿。2023年一季度营收同比增长8倍，归属于母2024欧洲杯买球平台净利润同比增加608.9万。

6.We will promote structural adjustment and optimization of the cultural industry。一是招引7个项目，协议投资近160亿，投资20亿的ACG合肥国际文创城项目完成土地摘牌。二是与安徽日报就版权资产开发交易开展合作，推动传统文化企业转型升级。

7.Further clarify the development of ideas。First, implement the company establishment plan。Revise and submit the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" to the Provincial Party Committee Publicity Department。二是聚焦主责主业，投资全面展开，已投13个项目。Accrued investment income 1438.85万，其中，中2024欧洲杯买球官网app今年到账投资收益1059.470,000, which is 6 for 2022.58倍。

（二）贯彻落实全面从严治党战略部署，履行“两个责任”方面

29.Talent leads development。一是召开人才Team building工作领导小组会议，研究人才工作，制定实施招聘计划，明确与主业关联度较高专业背景或从业经历的岗位占比不低于50%。二是出台《2024欧洲杯买球官网app》，对符合条件的下属2024欧洲杯买球平台高管实施市场化选聘、任期制管理的市场化机制，实行协议薪酬，加大高素质、专业化、高层次人才引进力度。三是基金2024欧洲杯买球平台执行市场化薪酬机制，吸引优秀专业人才入职。四是加大人才发现培养力度，指导省文交所开展内部竞聘上岗。

32.We will implement the responsibility system for Party building。First, formulate and implement the key points of annual party building work。二是召开Party building work领导小组会，研究Party building work2次，召开一季度Party building work推进会。Third, revise the interim measures for the assessment of Party building work and organize the assessment。开展基层党组织书记抓基层党建述职评议考核，党委书记对现场述职逐一点评，依据述职结果确定评议等次，把抓Party building work情况作为评先评优、选拔任用干部的重要依据。

33.Improve the Party's primary-level organizational system。一是按照“四个同步”要求，在符合条件的新成立子2024欧洲杯买球平台设立基层党组织，做到应建尽建。二是指导沈福2024欧洲杯买球平台健全党组织，研究配备省文交所党支部书记。

3. Establishing rules and regulations strictly based on actual conditions。坚持举一反三，强化问题导向，深挖根源，有针对性地加强长效机制建设，特别是把具体问题与共性问题、显性问题与隐性问题结合起来。针对巡视反馈意见和问题多发的关键领域、重点环节，注重从制度层面堵漏洞、补短板、强弱项，扎实推进2024欧洲杯买球平台治理体系和治理能力现代化。

4.
